Dear samsung

1. On your website, you guys are telling your Exynos 1280’s outstanding GPU performance helps you focus on the action so you can seize victory.

Reality: It can't handle bgmi 30fps well, even sometimes normal games like solitaire by MS is lagging. Avg phone's temperature while gaming is 50 or 55+

2. You guys are saying, "Seriously. Powerfull": Get ready to master multitasking. The Exynos

1280's octa-core CPU delivers optimal performance to power through your day. Seamlessly switch from one app to the next and master work, play, and everything in between.

Reality: The phone can't handle multitasking after android 14 update ( even resetting devices doesn't help )

While normal usage phones are getting warm ( 40+ temperature )

Camera: no RAW support, 10x zooming supported, but quality is not good even 2x zoom is not giving good quality.

Updates are invented for improving performance, user experience, and security. 

But in m34, performance is decreasing, and the phone is lagging like hell, so the user experience is getting worse.

Yes sahi bol rahe hai aap yeh issue hai M 34 mai samsung plz reply to our post and don't give an excuse to call customer support we know they are not giving proper answer

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. For bgmi, use gfx tool to unlock 60 fps. I am using it in a33 5g, and it's smooth.
