Things I have already did
1. Factory reset
2. clean ports
3. switch off and charge

i already  faced that issue go to service center they will change the port or exchange your phone as i got refund coupon

as of now do one thing
connect ur usb and restart your device and lets see its work or not
and if yes that's fine but if not then do as mr.anand22 did
