[M30] Possible Solution for USB connected/disconnected, Fast Charging & Connection Issues

I made a thread about above mentioned problems HERE
Read it first.

I've written a possible solution below.

Please try the same and then check if you experience the same as me and post your experience in comments.
Let's solve this once for all.

What I tried today - 

1. Discharge phone till about 10%.

2. Connect charger

3. Power off and let it charge for an hour.

So, after an Hour or so I booted up the phone and

Saw that it was charged 58% and in the notification, it showed FAST Charging.

I let it charge in that state for another hour it was charged fully.

So, it confirms that fast charge really worked.

After this, before connecting the phone to my win10 machine,

I changed the settings in "Developer Option->Default USB Configuration->Charging only"

Then I tried to connect it and it didn't get detected in 1st try.

I had to insert and remove the cable 3-4 times to get it detected. But after that it worked fine.

I also tried some file transfer and it was OK.

(Now at this stage, all results of my experiments indicate that it is in fact a hardware issue of the daughter board.)

Now comes the interesting part  -

After all this was done, I did a reboot and tried to connect to PC again. Now it got detected in 1st try. Maybe I got lucky, who knows lol.

Also, the Phone detected the charger in 1st try and showed fast charging in the notification.
But, after trying 4-5 more times just to be sure, it didn't detect the charger again!

Now I'm totally confused!

There's no clear result to determine if this is a mere software bug or a genuine hardware issue.

At the same time, many people have reported in past month about this, which makes me think it's a software thing.

Also this seems to be cross platform bug, i.e. I've seem posts from M30S, M31, M20/21 users and some A series phones too.

This is now a serious thing for me and it's pain in the A$$ to reboot the phone or power it off JUST to charge it or connect to PC !!

I am facing this problem every day now and the android update is not showing available.  Need urgent support.

i have the same problem .as i am a gamer my phone gets heated up easily while playing due to the notification and u cant even clear the notification . my screen is on all the time when i use power of button only walpaper changes and this annoys me a lot

So the fix was essentially to let it discharge till 10% and then charge it while it is switched off, yeah?

Okay So it's been 2 days since I posted this and I haven't encountered the USB notification!

1. I charged my phone two times in two days and it detected the charger in 1st try, also it goes in fast charge mode.
2. No problems in PC connectivity too.
3. I did 3 reboots in two days but it didn't have any impact it seems.

I want you guys to try this and report back please so more people will get the temporary fix.
