M21 touch screen bug

Hello

       I have Samsung m21 6gb varientwith latest updated firmware. I noticed some bug in my Samsung m21 6gb varient. Sometimes touch not responds and where ever I touches notification bar is coming down. I cant do anything. I tried turning screen off and on, but nothing happend. But lock screen is responding.

After some time it responded without any probelm. I think it's a serious bug.

clear wipe cache partition may it help you

Steps to perform.
1) Turn off the device.
2) Press and hold the Volume Up key and the spower button.
3) When the Android logo displays, release all keys.
4) Press the Volume down key to navigate and select "Wipe cache partition".
5) Press Power key to select. When the wipe cache partition is complete, Select Reboot System.
6) Press the Power key to restart the device.

and for your 2nd issue go to settings >display >homescreen >and disable "swipe down for notification
