After using for 1 or 2 hours the device gets shutdown with a message "device getting of due to overheat"
What the **bleep** #SAMSUNG has done.

Why samsung cant update all devices with same version like #Apple
I think I might switch to #Apple.

See man, you cannot judge in that manner. Because I am a M20 user and I have never faced overheating in my devide, not even with heavy usage. Yes, the phone heats, but not to such an extent that it will turn off. Better get your device checked at an authorized service center, and if it is under warranty, they will do repairs and replacements for free.

Same. Even my m20 is working perfectly fine on android 10 one ui 2.0
So its definitely not a software update problem.

Very true. I too have experienced this problem after the update. Now my phone is totally off.  In background I could hear some messages coming to my in box now, but I am unable to open it as the screen is totally blank. The problem slowly started by wavy/dancing  icons, then slowly the screen became fading and then totally off.
