M20 Camera Problem

Whenever I access my camera either directly or from other apps. it gets hanged up and shuts down. Please suggest solution.

You need to reset camera app as well as camera app data and cache need to be deleted

if after this camera refused to function do a factory reset

this problem mainly cause when user install any third party camera app which does not configured internally for the device ( at API level )
