Dual messenger problems

I am using samsung galaxy m20. Still there is no update of system ui 3.0 and others. After april 1 there is no update.

Main problem is in dual whatsapp i cannot see images in gallery , cannot open camera in whatsapp, and cannot open pdf and word files in whatsapp.. 

Now a days samsung is just like a old and **bleep** **bleep**. 

Kindly rectify it as soon as possible.

I will wait for 1 month. If there is no update is available i have to quit samsung from me forever.

Mee to . I am going to quite my samsung forever. Last I got os update in 2019 still now ther is no hope to get android11 for Samsung Galaxy m20 .
