Issue in Transferring files / data via USB Cable in M51

I'm not able to copy paste or transfer data from computer to mobile - internal storage or SD Card via Samsung compatible USB Cable.

I need to zip the files on computer then only can transfer it to mobile. 

Pl let me know why this issue is coming & what to do to resolve it. 

Previously I haven't faced these issue, but now I'm facing this, which is getting re-work to extract on mobile.

Make sure that 'USB debugging' option is turned on from developer setting...

1. Settings>>>Developer option>>Default USB configuration>>>USB tethering>>Disable it.

2. If the issue still persists then check the USB connection. Perform interactive checks through Samsung member apps:- Path:- Samsung member>>>Get help>>>Interactive check>>Charger/USB.

3. Also make sure that you are using a genuine Samsung charge.

In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).
