Why TWO MEDIA VOLUME panels are showing🤔

This happens only when I am on calling screen

On calling screen

2 media volune

I think the first panel from the right is voice volume

Click on settings icon and check

When clicked on settings icon it is showing this

Oh that was only at call screen that means one on for on going sound but symbol should be different i think so once restart normal and lets see

Click on it to increase volume

One is for youtube media and other is for media only
