The update issue wasn't fixed.

My Samsung M14 4g didn't receive One UI 7 update. Also running on Security patch level 1 May 2024. It was almost 17 months ago.💀 I wrote many post about delayed One UI 7 update, never thought about Security updates. Now that I'm stuck on Security patch level- May 2024, my phone surely will face Security risks. Who can I blame? We put loyalty over anything and the result is Security risks and update delay? They tell us to visit service centre, that is not possible for everyone. Nearest service centre is almost 70- 90 kilometres away from my house. Many people facing the same problem. We've waited enough. We need your support. Or else we're done for. 🙏

What's showing whenever you're going to download the update?

There is no option to download. It just shows 'Up to date' and some other informations.

I already sent the proof to Samsung support many times. They just ignore and don't care since we didn't buy Flagship one.

I know it feels sad after knowing a big brand like Samsung doesn't care for it's own Low-end customers. But it's the truth. 🙂

At least other brands fix software update bugs and others stuff as soon as they know. Meanwhile, we're trying for 4-5 months just to get what we deserve but still stuck.🥲

Samsung m14 bought in july 2023 and in sept 2025 its motherboard failed, no boot up, IC failure issue showing poor quality of Samsung smartphone
