Galaxy MRelocking bootloader is possible since M30s doesn't have Knox security to get tripped off after unlocking bootloader, and you can revert back to the original rom by flashing it, and thus can reclaim the warranty, if they don't notice the previously unlocked bootloader, but I won't reccomend you to do this as the process is very complicated and there is a much higher chance ( nearly 90%) of bricking your device, which will leave it utter unusable.
Also, there's no official way of doing that.

Galaxy M1)Visit sammobile.com and search your previous phones firmware and flash it through Odin tool.(If they haven't updated the bootloader version then it's possible to downgrade)(Full guide will be available in sammobile)

You should wait for Android 10 if you don't want to do these techy stuff IMO.
