INTERNET ISSUE FACING ON MY SAMSUNG GALAXY M52 WHILE USING JIO AS PRIMARY AND VODAFONE AS SECONDARY

HI ALL,

CURRENTLY I AM USING JIO POSTPAID 5G AS A PRIMARY SIM AND VODAFONE IDEA AS A SECONDARY SIM ON MY SAMSUNG GALAXY M52. MY DEVICE CURRENTLY RUNNING WITH LATEST SOFTWARE THAT IS ONE UI 5.1 VERSION M52BXXU2CWB3/M526BODM2CWC1/M526BXXU2CWA3 SECURITY PATCH 1 FEB 2023.

PROBLEM MY JIO SIM DATA STOP WORKING IF I SELECT MY SECONDARY SIM AS An LTE/3G/2G AND MY JIO SIM ALSO SELECTED AS LTE/3G/2G. SOMETIME SINGLE ALSO GONE FOR SOME TIME.

IF I DOWNGRADE THE VI SIM PREFERENCE LIKE 3G/2G THEN MY JIO SIM WORK PERFECTLY AS IT IS. AGAIN, I SWITCH MY VI SIM TO LTE SIGNAL THEN AGAIN JIO SIM STOP WORKING.

FOR THAT I ALREADY TALK TO JIO CUSTOMER SUPPORT AT 198 BUT THEY DID NOT HELP ME IN THIS CASE.

I RESET THE NETWORK SETTING FROM ABOUT PHONE MENU, I ACTIVATE DUAL SIM ALWAYS ON, DATA ROMING ALSO ON AND I DO ALL BEST POSSIBLE THINGS SO THAT DUAL LTE MEANS 4G SIM I CAN USED ON MY DEVICE BUT I AM FAILED.

DID ANY ONE FACING THE SAME ISSUE ? MEANS SAMSUNG GALAXY M52 DID NOT SUPPORT DUAL 4G AT THE SAME TIME ON BOTH THE SIM. WE NEED TO DOWNGRADE THE NETWORK PEREFERENCE. OR MY DEVICE HAVING SUCH ISSUE.

I REQUEST SAMSUNG INDIA BACKEND PEOPLE HELP ME OUT AND REACHED ME VIA EMAIL AND TO THE POSSIBLE WAY TO SOLVE THIS ISSUE.

what You mean by upgrading VI SIM its already 4G Compatible even with Same Jio And VI Sim i used dual 4G Network on my Redmi Note 7S. Even Toady i checked it work fine but on my Samsung handset it showing network issue.

I hve faced same issue ... if ur sim is old than upgrade in to 5g ready vi sim

No its new i purchase on Oct 2022.

Did your Problem solve after upgrade to VI new Sim ?

Actully i check on my another device that is Redmi Note 7S over there my both sim function smoothly on 4G or LTE Connection. Jio data perfecty working.

Yes it's solved after upgrading my old sim to 5g ready sim .
The sim u bought is 5g ready sim or 4g ?
If it's 5g ready and another sim works properly then go to samsung customer care or it's 4g sim n another sim working on ur device then go to the vi customer care

We should stop the using mobile of Samsung because many other company is giving very good hardware and software experience Samsung mobile is become very bad last few time I am accessibility user but I am not happy with Samsung I will switch to Motorola or oneplus
