Internet speed problems on Samsung M30s

I'm facing problems internet connectivity issues. Internet speed is so slower that other phones and speed drops even worse after screen off(negligible i would say) . I'm okay with other features but what's the use if internet is low in digital India?!

even iam facing the same issue.in other mobiles the speed is 20 Mbps and in mine it's dropped to 5mbps.Continuoulsy iam facing this issue.pls let us know is there any solution.

facing the same issue. it seems there is no problem with data. as i am connected with wifi. it's the issue with samsung device. as the same file i can download with far better speed from same location then samsung m30s device. and the phn is brand new.

I am also facing the same issue in M30s. Same sim working fine in Moto E3 mobile. I bought this phone because Samsung brand value but not expected this issue from Samsung.

Dear Samsung Mobile, I also facing problem of slow internet problem on my M30S mobile, while same sim card working high speed internet on my another mobile.

Kindly solve this issue because its damaging brand and its value.

Please reply the solution other than manual setting and network operator company issue bcoz that we already tried.

i am facing same problem in samsung M30, same wifi working fine in my wife mobile Realme1 and network strength also good in realme. But in samsung break the network every minute.

My sim also work good in realme1 but in samsung >:.......
