I have samsung m30 with 64gb internal. My internal memory is getting full. I have already moved the app to my sd card. There are no images videos etc on my internal sd card.

When i run analyze storage I do not see any files that are huge.

Anybody have any idea? Its frustrating coz my device blacks out for some time or automatically restarts in some cases.

It may be the data of the apps you are using...... for example, Telegram, WhatsApp, YouTube (Downloads within the app), Games..... remove the apps that you don't use frequently.

But i have already moved my apps to the sd card.. so the data should be stored in the sd card only right?
Correct me if Im wrong..

Then do one thing.... take all the backup of your personal data from the phone.... then perform a security wipe (format) to your phone. After that restore the backup..... in this way all the residue data will be removed.

Is there no other way apart from this format thing.. because again in the future if this issue occurs then dont want to do this hassle again..
