Galaxy M1. Using Samsung's "Find My Mobile" (If Enabled)
Visit: findmymobile.samsung.com
- Log in with your Samsung account.
- If your device is listed, select Unlock→ Follow instructions.
2. Using Google’s "Find My Device" (For Older Android Versions)
- Visit: google.com/android/find
- Log in with the Google account linked to the phone.
- If your device is visible, factory reset remotely (you’ll lose data).
3. Factory Reset (If nothing else works)
- Power off the phone.
- Press and hold Volume Up + Power button together.
- When Samsung logo appears, release buttons.
- Use volume keys to navigate to Wipe data/factory reset → Confirm with Power button.
- After reset, select Reboot system now
4. Visit a Service Center
If you're locked out and don’t want to lose data, visit a Samsung Service Center with proof of ownership.

Galaxy Mclick on the Sign in button and input the login credentials of your Samsung account, then click on the Sign in button once more.
2. Select the Devices option
3. Select Find My Mobile
4. It will show the location of your device and a list of commands. Once you click on Unlock, a pop-up window will appear asking you to verify the password of your Samsung account. After you input your password, click on the NEXT button, the pop-up window will automatically close and another pop-up window will appear with the result of remotely unlocking your device.
