I forgot the lock pattern of Samsung Galaxy M31s phone. Any option to overcome it. There is lot data inside it. So i cannot format it/Reset it. Please suggest me if there is any option to unlock it without factory data reset.
Do you remember the password of your Samsung account? If yes, you can log in to it from a PC and unlock your phone.
If you don't have that either, then the system security has all reasons to doubt whether it's actually your phone or not. So, the only viable option is to reset the device.
Anyway, as a last resort before factory resetting, go to an authorised Samsung service centre with the documents like purchasing bill which will prove that the phone is actually yours. They might be able to help.
Bro As Per I Know There Is No Sollution To Reset The Pin Without Giving Verfication With Pin. You Can Take A Backup of Your Important Things in Your Account And Then Do A Factory Reset To Your Device. Don't Be Late Because it Will Take Verification After 74hrs
You can unlock or reset your device's password through the Find My Mobile feature.
Find My Mobile (FMM) is available for only those devices that have a Samsung account and has enabled “Remote Controls” in advance. Internet should be enabled in the device.The 'Remote unlock' feature should be activated on your device. Path: Settings > Biometrics and Security > Find My Mobile> Remote unlockPlease follow the below steps: Step1: Go to Find My Mobile (FMM) https://findmymobile.samsung.com and tap on SIGN IN. Step2: Log in to FMM with a Samsung account. Step3: Select the target device in the list and select "Unlock" on the right panel. Step4: Tap on Unlock.
Caution: All of the screen lock information (Pattern, PIN, Password, and Biometrics) on the device will be deleted.
Step5: Enter the password for the Samsung account to confirm. The Screen Lock will be unlocked and initialized automatically on the device.
