I am unable to open secure folder

Recently i have move some of my files in secure folder but when i am trying to open its showing password error after trying many time its not opening someone suggest me what to do

You can reset password with Samsung account

But i didn’t on that option can u help me

If you have already enabled the Reset with Samsung Account option in the Secure Folder, following the below steps to reset your password.

1. Launch Secure Folder and incorrectly enter the password. Forgot Pin/Password will appear at the bottom of the screen.
2. Tap on Forgot Pin/Password > Reset. You will be redirected to sign into your Samsung Account.
3. Once you have signed in, you will then be able to set a new PIN, Pattern or Password and finally log back into Secure Folder.

But i haven't enable that option

1. Head into your Settings and select your Samsung Account
2. Proceed to sign out of your Samsung Account
3. Relaunch Secure Folder then tap on Uninstall
4. Once Secure Folder has been uninstalled you can then sign back into your Samsung Account and setup Secure Folder again.

But will my data be there ?

No, you will lose all the data in the Secure Folder.
