From past 15 days I'm facing a weird issue that is internet/VOLTE gets disabled automatically even both the internet and VOLTE is in ON...

I need to put on Enable & disable the Airplane to get the VOLTE/internet back, even after some times it gets disconnect automatically...

 

Kindly help me out if their is any fix for this Hard reset done once, im using Airtel sim and those people tell we don't have any network issue & also this is not in a single place facing this issue randomly in any place where ever i go...

Best solution is check same sim with another VoLTE support device and see whether you get consistent VoLTE or not.
if you are getting VoLTE consistently on that then your current samsung device do have some hardware fault with network reception.

it's due to network coverage.
if ur in a 4g network coverage VOLTE will be shown .
if ur in 2g,3g network coverage VOLTE will not be shown.
VOLTE IS ONLY FOR 4G AND ABOVE.

Contact Airtel customer care, and ask them for configuration

You're not in a good network coverage area. If the problem persists in different areas where other phones are getting VOLTE then contact your service provider to get your issue fixed

its the issue of the operator pls contact with service provider and fix the issue

But when i restart the device it will be ok for some time then again i will face this issue... if I don't have a good network then it shud not show every time right but not in my case its showing good network but gets auto disable the internet/VOLTE even Airtel has configured the setting 2 times but no use.. i will face this issue everywhere not in a particular place.. Do I need to visit service center for this ????
