How to move apps from internal storage to SD card in android 11..

go to device care >click on 3 dot at top right corner >storage booster >move app to sd card

but not all apps can be moved

It's not showing storage booster on my m11, it just got the android 11 update recently and I'm trying to move apps to my sd card
