I recently bought Galaxy M14. There is no Android folder found in the Internal storage.

Is this an issue with the phone or MyFiles app?

Please throw some light on this.

Regards

The file explorer is just not showing the android folder.
It does exist and this is how you can see itScreenshot_20231118_130704_My Files.jpgScreenshot_20231118_130639_My Files.jpgScreenshot_20231118_130647_My Files.jpg

Oops, LOL. How, dumb of me. Didn't occur to me, to check that. This is not there in M30 or Android 10 and the older phones, I suppose. Before posting here I had searched, on the web and found solutions like restart etc which didn't work, hahaha. Anyways, thanks buddy.

Android folder is generally hidden bcoz it contains all sensitive files...open my files...go to internal storage then there is drop down menu showing essentials...click on it and select all...it will show all files

1 more tip...if u want to see some hidden system files...open my files...then on right top corner...select 3 dots...go to settings and then turn the toggle on of Show hidden system files...

Dear Samsung Member,

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!

As per your concern, we want to inform you that you cannot access this, Google not showing this feature after Android 10.

Warm Regards,
