Hi Team,

I am not getting the call intermittently . Few of my friends and family member said that my number is unreachable most of time .Today I also observed the same issue between 12:15 to 12:15. 

I am not able to dial or receive the call. This is blocker issue and impacting the call functionality. 

Please help to resolve asap otherwise I am going to escalate to samsung higher management. 

I am very disappointed after purchasing this phone , Call is very basic functionality of phone.if call itself is not working what is use to purchase this phone .

fristly please remove your given personal number
2nd which m series model are you using
3rd have you updated your software/have you rooted your phone/ have you changed your default calling app/have you using a different dialer/ are you using call blockers (like device prebuilt call blocker or truecaller etc) / have you wrongly bared your all calls

if all is no then do a factory data reset and if it doesn't solve chek your network connectivity strength go to settings> search bar> sim card status
if you are using a wifi or broadband make sure that you have not connected too many devices to it

pranab patra I am using Samsung M30s. please look into issue .I have already checked all this things .I have also done factory reset.please resolve the issue on high priority and avoid these basic checks .

what can i do i am not a Samsung service server i am just like a customer like you.
if you really facing the problems often then its not all time Samsung's issue it may your service provider fault specially airtel i also faced the problem on my m10s not in note 10.
but there was no problem with Vodafone and jio

secondly, are u using an Airtel SIM? If yes, then u should also contact the services provider
