There is issue with network reception in both WiFi and mobile data after latést update in M30s.

Anyone experiencing

no..may be u have faced more time due to some operator's manual bandwidth setup for trial network coverage...

yes its true many users Face this issue..i will wait for Android 10 update if its still same ... better to visit at care for hardware replace

Hi there,

 

Please perform the following steps to resolve the issue:

1- Reset network settings (Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset network settings).

2- Check the mentioned issue in safe mode.

3- If issue still persists, create data backup and reset the device.

Note: Kindly once also coordinate with the network service provider.
