How do I turn on the "Double tap to sleep" option on the "Samsung Galaxy M21" handset ????
And, how do I turn on the "screenshot" option in the shortcut "status bar" in this set ????

Second there is no option to place screenshot tab or button on the status bar..
but you may try Assistant menu feature
Accessibility>Interaction and Dexterity>Assistant menu feature

no option as of now but it may received after Android 11
and regarding shortcut no inbuilt option but you can do it but by some apps from playstore , such as you can try it
