3 days ago my contacts were deleted by mistake.then I backup by Google a/c. After I backup it.i have face new problem.

Automatically sync options  on every 5 to seven minutes. 

Yesterday I live chated with human assistants.i follow him every setup step by step.but no result.

Then I tried. Yesterday  I hard reset my device but 

I still facing this problem

that's not what u should do, this is how u turn off sync

yes, if the sync is happening again, then there might be another google account on ur mobile or it may be due to samsung cloud sync

I have never seen this issue.
I'm so tired.
