Well after android 10 updates the system is getting a heating issue 
Even if im not playing any games it seams to get hot!
Will i get any further updates?

FHD+ is the max resolution. Keep resolution on HD or SD, and use medium power saving mode. And put unused apps to sleep.

make sure network services like bluetooth NFC mobile data wifi or any such networks dont work simultaneously not more than 1 at a time because network devices cause severe battery drain and lag in device

you could use datally from Google and manually control which apps use data and restrict other apps or in samsung max goto apps to restrict data to them because it's mainly network that affects heating via background apps running

for once try the interactive checks on members maybe sometimes a sensor could be misbehaving causing heating
