The phone is in excellent shape. I was asked to pay around 6k Rs at the Samsung service center for display replacement. My phone is not in the warranty. 
I completed the jobsheet for my Samsung M52 5G as instructed. The jobsheet clearly states there’s no external damage, yet @SamsungIndia still emails me saying I need to pay charges. @geekyranjit and @iRobinPro has already highlighted the #GreenLineIssue, but the problem persists.

Green line issue is a samsung scam. I had facing this issue after update .but his **bleep** customer support said that we have to pay. Why we dhould pay fot this problem if this issue is from their side. His escalation team **bleep** they said that submit your phone in service center and we will see ,after 15 days they said u have to pay.
I asked them to provide the written .but no one replied my mail.
They are saying that he is ceo of this company. We cannot esclate our issue in top management.

Better to buy any Chinese phone but donot buy cheap level SAMSUNG phone. PHONE.
