Give us atleast built in Android features.

Screen recorder is an built-in android 11 feature. But its removed from OneUI3.0 in M31. Why is it like that?

it's just beta version, they may be optimizing it further. We won't know a total overview before stable update.

I think it is. a stable update as they have closed Beta Program for M31. Samsung have done a big Fraud type to M31 users . How can They curtail the functions which are part of Android 11 eg screen recording..
