After updating of Samsung Galaxy m31s , phone is restarting continuously at many time in a day.  Phone is also hanging.  Facing very bad experience. 👎

Same,im also facing similar issue with M21 . Service centre people are saying i need to replace my motherboard.

Wipe cache partition. Delete unimportant apps. Delete games. Turn on power saving mode. Turn on OEM unlocking in developers option. This will fix the issue temporarily. Go to local repair shop for fixing it permanently they'll charge u 80% less than service center

Wipe cache partition is already done. Problem is not solved yet.

Try resetting it to factory condition and if still the mobile does not work write to CEO on the web site and demand for compensation

My phone is also has lots of troubles after updation.its getting restarted all the time. I can't use my phone now.How can a company like samsung does this to their phone buyers? what sureity do we have if they itself makes our phones in trouble?

Go to local repair shop,ask them to reball the cpu it will cost you around 2000

There are two methods to disable the auto-restart function
Method 1

Please follow the below steps:
Step1: Navigate to the app's screen and tap on Settings.
Step2: Tap on General management.
Step3: Tap on Reset.
Step4: Disable Auto restart (if enabled).
Step5: Auto-restart disabled.

Please follow the below steps:
Step1: Go to "Settings"
Step2: Tap on "Battery and device care"
Step3: Tap on Three dots
Step4: Tap on "Automation"
Step5: Disable "Auto-restart at set times" if enabled

In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback >Error report).
