Galaxy m31: Call connection issue

Dear Samsung,

 

Recently brought galaxy m31, I am facing intermittent call connection issue with the device.

Sorry to say, this phone is not serving the basic purpose. Quality is not great and this is not expected from samsung brand.

 

Call connection issues:

1.  When I call, the other person can't hear me. They can hear if I connect to headphone or disconnect the call and dial them.

2. Another person can't hear in the middle of the call conversation.

3. Sometimes when I pick the call, all the button in the screen gets disabled and only disconnect/End call button will get enabled and but there won't be any connection.

4. Sometimes 4g connection get disconnected automatically, but my partner phone which is a different brand will have full connectivity and she is not facing any of the above problems. 

 

These issues are not happening with other phones which are using the same network. This is not a network/service provider issue.     

 

Note: I have been to samsung service care center, they have updated my phone to latest software patch, but still an issue persists. 

 

Please let me know, how to solve this connectivity issue.

* Check network operator settings
Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Network operators > Select automatically > OK > Registered on network.
Note: We recommend to set device network operators as LTE/3G/2G (auto connect) mode.

 

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report/Ask questions).

Dear Samsung,

I'm facing a different issue. Whenever I am getting a call or doing a call the call screen mode is coming and afterwards I can't take it to homescreen by clicking the back option. Please solve this issue ASAP. I'm facing trouble due to this.

Dear Smasung,

whenever there is a call the mobile is automatically rejecting the call if a pick up and volume is not coming from speakers , I need immediate assistance asap

when I pickup the call it takes 10 to 15 secs to answer and keep showing incoming call till the time. sometimes unable to pic the call and disconnect. Any solution?

Dear Samsung,
I am also facing the similar issues.
1.when I make a call the call is disconnected after ringing once/twice. It works when I call the same number again the second time.
2.The other person cannot hear me when I make the call, and works if I call again, this is happening regularly.
It's frustrating if the basic functionality itself does not work.
Please provide a way to resolve this.

I recently updated my m31 after that whenever someone calls me or i makes call to someone, my net connection goes off. And i have tried all methods given above. Its so frustrating now.

Galaxy M31s having major concern with call option. When ever wants to make a call name and number is not displaying on the screen reat other apps and functions running as usual. Latest software also installed today evening eventhough calls making is become worst in this phone net connectivity and internet calling is perfect. Only normal calls having issue
