After the One UI 8 update, my Samsung Galaxy M33 5G has started showing slow 5G network speed and poor connectivity on the Jio True 5G network.  
Even with full 5G signal, the internet speed is very low or sometimes completely stops. 

I have already tried the following:
- Reset network settings 
- Cleared cache partition 
- Manually set APN to Jio 5G (jionet) 
- Switched between 4G/5G auto mode 

The problem started around November 1 and continues even in different locations like Agra and Mathura, where Jio 5G coverage is available. 

Please check if there is any modem or software compatibility issue after the recent One UI 8 update for the Galaxy M33 5G.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer care support through Samsung Members App as a error report also send log files along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update it's maybe fix it by Samsung team soon. Kindly complaint to Samsung customer care support through Samsung Members App as a error report also send log files along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update it's maybe fix it by Samsung team soon. Please go to main page of Samsung Members App, click on support, click on feedback, click on error report then follow instructions on the screen. Log files automatically send by system immediately after the send error report but don't close Samsung Members App during this process until complete. If you like Please accept it's as a solution it's help to others users also,click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

Same problem with me. I'm in Pune. I'm using Jio 5G and 4G. Data connection is not stable. All this happening after oneui 8 update. Samsung need to fix this in the next update.

As per your concern, you have already done the possible troubleshooting steps and the issue remains unresolved, we kindly request you to share the log file. Also, share the video clips and images for better understanding. This will help us to investigate further and resolve the issues.

To share the log file: Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
