As per your query, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.

Galaxy device internet issue:
Check Mobile Network
Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Network mode > Select 5G/LTE/3G/2G (auto connect) LTE/3G/2G (auto connect) or 3G/2G (auto connect).

Check Network Operator
Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Network operators > Select automatically.

Check Data Roaming
Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Data roaming to enable it, if disabled.

Reset settings: Settings > General Management > Reset.
Reset network settings: Reset Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and other network settings to their default.

Check another network operator's SIM
If the issue has not been resolved, then get in touch with the network operator and try to check with another network operator SIM.

Update the software if available: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-smartphone-how-to-update-software/

Reset your device: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-mobile-how-to-perform-a-factory-res...

We don't need your greetings we required solutions. know what to do when there Will be network issues.your chipset of M13 having issues normal service technicans of your service centre making fool just like you.

We never recommend samsung to others.6gb ram working like tortoise 🐢.after software update by your service centre.

Click on setting after that search mobile network after that click on mobile network after that click on mobile network again after that click on network mode after that set network mode on LTE only.
Then your problem will get solved

Better to throw your device and by another manufacturer I have same problem .service centre making fool of me.
