Dear Samsung,

I have purchased Samsung M52 5G last year. Now 1 year 2 months completed,so warranty is expired. Last day I seen green vertical line on my phone suddenly. The phone was in an idle state. I contact the customer support and they said you need to visit the service centre and they will do some software installations, and gradually the line will disappear. So next day I went to the service centre and I handed over my phone. After the preliminary inspection, they said me to screen replacement is the only option available. And the total cost is nearly 9000 !. And the interesting fact is the new screen have a warranty of just 3 months

Same issue, is there no alternate solution except screen replacement. Why are they not taking any action if so many people of same model are reporting the problem...It is not fair only some models are getting the free replacement when all of us are ur coustemers.....please take action...

same issue. my galaxy m52 got a green line 3 months after my warranty( extended warranty of 2 years ) expired. screen replacement cost 9000. no help from customer care. samsung deliberately damaging phones out of warranty.

My Samsung M52 5G phone is 1 year and 6 months old. A green line is appearing in the screen since the first half of June-2024. Samsung team asked to repair my screen at my own cost @7000/. Dear Samsung,
After the update, i got 2 green lines on my mobile. Should take action on this issue like free screen replacement. Brought my Samsung m52 5g 1.5 years ago.

I also have green line issue in m52 5g model customer service people have diverting the issue such complete only on your moblie only solution is boycott samsung moblie

I HAVE THE SAME ISSUE! THESE PEOPLE ARE IGNORING ALL OUR COMPLAINTS LIKE BLING IDIOTS...we need to raise complaint through national consumer helpline and spread awareness to not buy Samsung products...all my family members now hate samsung and they will never buy
