Hi Team,

I have updated the software in my Samsung M52 mobile. After that am facing greenline in my mobile. Even my warranty has expired. And still I am not getting any proper solution from Service Center or customer care. Requesting to provide proper justification and support to sove this problem.

Please complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's.Thanks.

I have checked with customer care and they responded as there is no policy for replacing M series display for free.

I am facing the similar issue...in my phone green line occurs after updating the update provided by samsung 😑... phone warranty has also expired ...but after complain to the highr authorities of samsung they assure me that the problem should be resolved.. Hope so
This is not the customer fault so i request samsung to kindly resolve these types of issues.

My m52 5g have same display green line issues but no one is doing anything bro neither customer care nor service center😢

Due to their mistake, we are suffering bro... they are not agreeing to change display for no cost... we have to pay and change...
