I have purchased Samsung M52 5G last year. Now 2 year completed,so warranty is expired. Last day I seen green vertical line on my phone suddenly. The phone was in an idle state. I contact the customer support and they said you need to visit the service centre and they will do some software installations, and gradually the line will disappear. So next day I went to the service centre and I handed over my phone. After the preliminary inspection, they said me to screen replacement is the only option available. And the total cost is nearly 9000 !. And the interesting fact is the new screen have a warranty of just 3 months.
The greenline issue seems to be a manufacturing defects from the Samsung irrespective of the series whether it is F series/M series/A series/ S series. Please do the needful.
Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's. Meanwhile use 60Hz.refresh rate of display. Samsung has become the new micromax. Made in India using local components with no quality control and no accountability. My m52 got 3 green lines within 2 years, and looks at how they are fleecing their customers by charging half the cost of phone to replace a screen that is due to their own fault.
