Galaxy M31S.. automatic Hang and restart problem

Can anyone help to remove the problem.. my phone is restarting several times automatically since many times. Some time the screen will freeze while restarting showing Samsung Galaxy M31s name..

I have problem of Auto Restart frequently  of my Galaxy M31s.  I have visited Samsung Service center. they told me to replace motherboard at the cost of Rs.8000/-   I have already done FACTORY RESET but the problem continues.   There are so many customers of M31s  having same problem of Auto Restart.  I recommend to Never buy M series mobile again.

• I had same problem with M 31 and met many others who were at service center with same complain.  .... And the people of service center were ready with the reply of CHANGE OF MOTHERBOARD COSTING AROUND 9000/-..... How can all of a sudden so many M31 have same problems when the people using are different places and lifestyles

It looks like we need to file an official complaint since they rolled out something which caused corruption on almost 90% of M series users. I am also using M31S and never installed any unknown source application. Using it with optimal temperature. I have already filed grievance on portal below, request you all to do the same. They don't have audacity to even concern customer issues, they simply say its a motherboard problem. What caused, why it was caused nothing and how can all of sudden so many users are having this problem,

Am als facing that same issues from past one week.. This Samsung M31s is literally irritating.. Waste of buying this mobile.. Such worst ever product.. Am also done factory reset.. But not even a single improvement.. Simply Waste.. SAMSUNG HAS TO GIVE SOLUTION FOR THIS UNIVERSAL ISSUE..

Yes I have already finished but the Samsung team is saying that there is no M series this complaint we can not help you. You have to pay 8632.52 for the motherboard replacement charge. Please everyone raise a complaint against the user online, then they will know that there are problems with the M Series motherboard. Please raise a complaint at https://consumerhelpline.gov.in/. They help us.
