Galaxy M31 Freezing and restarting automatically

After Android 12 update m31 freezing and restarting automatically many times. Can't use mobile. 

Previously received same complaint and I have changed motherboard one year before. 

What is the solution for this.

Uninstall unwanted apps
Clean your ram as much as you can.

Put all apps to deep sleep and restart your phone

Connect your phone with pc or other mobile with the help of otg until your phone starts showing charging animation . Press volume down and power button simultaneously untill the samsung logo appears , release the keys. There with the help of volume keys navigate wipe data factory reset option and press the power key to select after that restart your device.
