Galaxy MThe front camera has stopped working on my M30 since i had upgraded to Android 10.
This has been happening since last 1 month & has been impacting a lot of apps which require Front Camera .
Everytime when i switch to Front Camera , then the screen freezes & only after resetting the camera settings , the back camera only works.
Can you please look into this issue , as this might result in customer dissatisfaction.

Galaxy Mdial *#0*# click front cam and see if it's working or not.
if it's not working then try backup and factory reset.
or
if update is available then update the phone using ota or Samsung smart switch app (check notice in members app once)
i hope it gets fixed brother.
if it doesn't get fixed by these then you might contact the Samsung support

Galaxy MDear Samsung Member,
Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!
Follow the below steps to resolve camera issue:-
1. Clear camera application data, tap on Settings > Apps > Camera > Storage > Clear Data.
2.Check device in safe mode :-
Steps to enter into Safe Mode:- Press and hold the Power key, when Power off icon appears > hold power off icon.
Exit safe Mode:- Restart device.
Note:- If your device functions correctly in Safe Mode, it is most likely that the issue lies with a 3rd party application that can be uninstalled to resolve the problem
3. Update the software of the device (if available) go to Settings > Software update > Download and install > Checking for software update. Restart your device after the update has finished.
4. Reset camera settings, go to home screen tap on Camera > Settings > Reset settings > Reset.
If issue still persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung members app (Samsung Member > Get help > send feedback > Ask question/Error report)
Thank you for writing to Samsung.
Warm Regards,
Samsung Customer Support
