Mobile data not working in M52 5G

Hi, I have a major problem with my Samsung M52-5G with its dual SIM. I use SIM 1 (JIO) in 5G auto mode for mobile/internet data connection. While I use SIM 2 (airtel) in 4G auto mode for calls/texts. What I have observed is that SIM 1 cannot connect to the internet, signal bars are full and 4G+ symbol or sometimes 5G (without black background square symbol) appears on the status bar but when I open the browser it says no internet connection. But when I turn off or disable my SIM 2 (airtel), my SIM 1 (jio) can connect to the network. This is very frustrating and annoying. I am using this smartphone because of its dual SIM capability but now I am disappointed with it. I have tried EVERYTHING, factory reset, reset network, checking correct APN, signal coverage (I live in hyderabad with full coverage with all networks.) I have tried inserting and testing all of my SIM Cards using my old Poco m2 pro but both SIM Cards are fine and working perfectly. I am wondering if this is due to upgrade from Android 12 to Android 13 on the Samsung M52-5G? I hope anybody from Samsung can address this issue. This is so frustrating and annoying.

I have solution for your problem. You can use jio 5G or any other 5g network on any imported device . I will guide you . Contact me for more info . @ Luckykhan789@gmail.com

You should resat your phone and then after use 1 sim and 5min after insert second sim
