Dear Samsung,

 This is india, 

 Kindly give CA, good lock, screen recording features to M51, M31s ,M31 and other M & F series smartphones. We paid a lot more than these smartphones actually value & not even getting these basic features that can easily be implemented with an software update !!

 Already users of this series became detractors and kinda frustrated, they will never again purchase samsung device nor recommend to anyone,

It's high eye opening time for you, kindly provide these before the matter slips from the hand, rest Samsung will be HISTORY in India.

 People will go for MI including me if samsung would like to keep this behaviour with customers.

 You're LOOTING Indian people through M & F series.

Did you not check available features and specifications before buying? Did Samsung force you to buy these phones?

As per my knowledge there was no clarification about presence of CA, goodlock and other important features on Samsung's official website. Samsung even intentionally disabled some basic features of android like changing of accent colour and icon shape through developers settings. Why should we trust on YouTube rather than on company's official website? Samsung should stop spending money on some YouTube creators and compare a phone with Ferrari and start spending on product improvement and customer satisfaction. No company can sustain with exaggerated promotion without focusing on customer satisfaction. We can conclude from the fate of LG and Sony. Already this is evident, if I am not wrong, few months before Samsung was holding top position in mobile shipments and now it's in second position.

You are trying to defend Samsung because you hold a good position in this community but I guess what you are doing is honorary. It's better to criticize rather than becoming a fan boy because this fanboyism kills improvements of products and services.
You are defending Samsung but can you explain why there's no Samsung pay despite presence of NFC? What's the use of providing features after one year of product launch? Those who defend Samsung can't explain all this. You people have no solution expect than wipe cache partition.

Defending? Nah fam. You're wrong. It is never a good idea to buy a phone before going through the specs and features. If you need these features, don't buy M seriesn that's it. Its Samsung's wish that they won't be providing these features, and that's wrong. We can't so anything.

"You people have no solution except than wipe cache partition". Tell that the the BAs who actually writes only that, not to everyone. How many times have you seen me asking someone yo wipe cache partition? Out of the 10K+ comments I have written, hardly 10, 20.... and its a fact that it helps in some cases. You just have to know when. Not everything has the wipe cache solution.

Dear we have purchased M51 at launching time,

At that time no any deep details available on any website, even samsung also not clarified that this phone is running on core ui and doesn't support CA and good lock, later when we actually faced network issue n googled then we cam to know that it doesn't have CA,

So, its none of any customers issue,

Guilty is samsung that they are hiding

I didn't reply to his comment because almost in every post regarding M31s and in some other post...I've seen this guy defending Samsung like a fanboy...when the guy who posted it was only complaining or criticising constructively about something he paid for.

5-6 years back when I was using my first ever smartphone "Samsung Galaxy S Duos 2" , I kinda used to be like this. Over these years...after using 4 different Samsung smartphones...observing the degradation of Samsung's value for money aspect.....now I don't defend any brand for almost nothing.

You know something? The consumer in't always right. I criticize Samsung like no one does. I just don't do it publicly. I am in contact with other BAs and moderators too. You are not a BA, so you don'tknow what being one actually means. Why did Samsung decice to suddenly provide Samsung Pay Mini, Private share, TV Plus and clipboard to M31s? Think.
