Galaxy M*Method 1: Google Account (Find My Mobile)*
1. Visit the Google Find My Mobile website.
2. Sign in with your Google account.
3. Select your device.
4. Click "Unlock" and follow the prompts.

1. Visit the Samsung Find My Mobile website.
2. Sign in with your Samsung account.
3. Select your device.
4. Click "Unlock" and follow the prompts.
*Method 3: Hard Reset (Data Loss)*
1. Press Volume Down + Power button for 10 seconds.
2. Release Power button but keep holding Volume Down.
