Fingerprint sensor not working

My fingerprint is not working since today morning. Last night it was working normally. I didn't dropped my phone. It suddenly stopped working. I did factory reset today but still it shows same message. I dialed *#0*#. It shows fingerprint version null. Previously it showed the version. What's the issue probably fingerprint sensor flex cable detached from its position! Please give me some suggestion!

Alright.. Looks like the hardware isnt getting recognized..
Try posting an error log under "sensors" section under the "error report" part of the "support" tab in the bottom of the home page on your mobile's members app first..

You must follow these steps.
1. Try to use the fingerprint sensor (to showcase the error in the recent log).
2. Within thr next 10 mins of this error, come to this app n report error as specified above. The team will try to help you out.
Worst case, u may have to visit the service center.. Lets hope for the best.

I did factory reset, force restart, wipe cache partition but not resolved. Is it hardware fault or caused by software.

Hey.. Can you check once using these steps?
1. Open the dialler, press in *#0*#.
2. In the opened menu, choose sensors.
3. Under the fingerprint, check normal, test n see the results..

It says fingerprint version null and when I run test it says cannot found log data!

Most likely bro fall broke the sensor so you will have to get it replaced

What's the price for fingerprint sensor of m20. Is it available and device is out of warranty so can I get jobsheet for replacement 🤔
