FACING NETWORK ISSUE WITH JIO SIM IN SAMSUNG M31

I am using Jio sim in Samsung M31. From past 1 month I am facing network issue like NO INTERNET CONNECTION after browsing a while.  I have to turn off data and re-connect it to use internet some time I have to turn ON Airplane mode OR RESTART to re-connect to Internet. 

I think this issue come after last update.

IF ANYONE FACING SAME PROBLEM PLEASE COME FORWARD OR

IF ANYONE HAVE SOLUTION FOR THIS PROBLEM PLEASE HELP!!!

 

NOTE : I ALREADY REPLACED MY JIO SIM, FORMATTED MY PHONE, ALL SOFTWARE ARE UP-TO-DATE

yes, I brought a new Samsung Galaxy m31 and update it then this issue is raised. please help me.

I'm facing same issue with same model and i got the solution... Use single sim for calls and Internet and turn off another sim for a while. And now try... May be it will work because its working fine for me.

Good Morning please suggest solution as jio sim why not cover 4G , not shown in 2020  is it worth if samsung brand to cheat like this   send me solutions or will boycott all samsung services by whole family, arunsinghever111@gmail.com, regards
