Exynos 9611 users ? An issue!

Exynos 9611 one of the robust mid range processor of 2020-21 phones . Performance was good . Many people are complaining on the auto restart issue which is  related to motherboard failure ! .. Any one among you facing this issue. If so ! What was the response from company! . Had any one repaired the  chip which is responsible for motherboard issue .

You gotta escalate the issue and follow it up. Not everyone can/will do that. Anyways repairing motherboard is not gonna work and it won't last even if you manage to repair it.

Many users got free repair

Bro, but time taken was very much.
Those who had used device as daily driver, need to pay for motherboard or change new device

I have decided now, not to choose samsung or recommend anyone.

No care for mid range customers.

If payment is necessary for motherboard it would cost about 10k its too much , better to buy new phone !
