Why is Samsung ignoring real 5G issues and sending copy-paste replies?

Even after explaining that the 5G signal drop issue is affecting many users with Exynos 1280 phones (like M33, M14, A33, M13), Samsung Support is still sending me the same copy-paste DM asking for contact details.

📌 I have already shared that this issue is not specific to one device, but a widespread problem — proven by hundreds of user complaints here on Samsung Members.

Samsung needs to:

Acknowledge the issue publicly

Stop blaming individual users or SIMs

Roll out a fix or update ASAP

➡️ I’m attaching the repeated DM from Samsung Support below so everyone can see how they are ignoring the real concern.

This is not how a brand should treat its loyal users. We need real answers, not templates.

I totally understand your frustration, brother. We’ve all been there — hoping Samsung would take action, but still waiting with no real fix.

You’re absolutely right. No user should be forced to consider other brands because a flagship feature like 5G doesn’t work properly. Many users like you and me trusted Samsung, but this negligence is pushing people away.

It’s high time Samsung acknowledges this widespread Exynos issue publicly and rolls out a proper update.

Thanks for speaking up — your voice matters. Let’s keep raising this together until they listen. 🙌

Yes brother, exactly the same here on my Galaxy device with Exynos 1280.
The issue is not with the network — other phones with the same SIM show stable 5G at the same spot.

This confirms that the problem lies within Samsung’s Exynos modem or software optimization.
Many users are reporting this since months, but no permanent fix has been rolled out yet.

Samsung must acknowledge this publicly and push a proper solution in future updates.

Thanks for sharing — the more users speak up, the harder it gets for them to ignore.

Same thing they do with me. They ask me to send log again and again and i do but they at the end ask me to send log with recording of particular time when network gone (Volte or 5g) and re back after restart re back. Is it possible to record video durung reboot in device.
They are not fixing issues.
My phone was works fine until join of beta program of one ui 6. After that I am facing issues of network in my Samsung A34.
I think they are making trouble so user buy a new phones.

Absolutely right, brother. How can anyone record a video while the phone is rebooting? That demand itself shows they aren't serious about fixing the issue — just buying time with meaningless steps.

You clearly said everything worked fine before joining the One UI 6 beta. So why is Samsung not acknowledging that their own software update triggered the problem?

This is not an isolated case. Many Exynos users across M33, M14, M34, and A34 are reporting the same 5G and VoLTE instability.

Instead of solving it, they just keep pushing logs and reboots — and in the end, make users feel like buying a new device is the only option.

We won’t stay silent anymore. Samsung must fix this across all affected devices, and stop shifting blame to the users.

Its the low quality modem thats been incorporated with Exynos chip.. even in flagships sometimes this happens because of inferior quality of modem compare to Snapdragon
