Galaxy MWhat truly stood out was Samsung's willingness to take full responsibility for the issue, despite my device being out of warranty. They generously offered a complimentary screen replacement, sparing me the expense of repairs.
I want to extend my heartfelt appreciation to the entire Samsung support team for their exceptional service. I eagerly anticipate continuing my journey as a contented Samsung customer and will gladly recommend their products and services to others.

Galaxy MI contacted the samsung technical team but the reply was not convincing. They are asking me to replace the display at my own expenses for which I didn't agree.

Galaxy MHow do I convey Samsung to do same for me.
I also visited Samsung Official Service center but they asked 8,000 rupees for the screen replacement

Galaxy MBecause I have reached the out through customer care service and they simply offerd me to visit service centre which I did but the technician asked me to pay ₹8000 to replace the screen. Jo ki mai nahi hi karne wala.
So please reply how do I convince they to treat well
