I wish to express my sincere gratitude to Samsung's support team for their remarkable assistance. Recently, I encountered a screen issue with my Samsung Galaxy M51, which was causing persistent flickering.

Upon reaching out to Samsung's customer support, I was pleasantly surprised by their swift and professional response. They patiently listened to my concerns, guided me through troubleshooting steps, and promptly arranged for a technician to assess my device.

What truly stood out was Samsung's willingness to take full responsibility for the issue, despite my device being out of warranty. They generously offered a complimentary screen replacement, sparing me the expense of repairs.

How many times after talking to Samsung's customer support did they told you that they will replace your screen for free?

Apart from replacement, Is there any other solution for this problem.
I contacted the samsung technical team but the reply was not convincing. They are asking me to replace the display at my own expenses for which I didn't agree.

I am also facing the same issue bro.
How do I convey Samsung to do same for me.
I also visited Samsung Official Service center but they asked 8,000 rupees for the screen replacement

Bro How did you convince them to assist you further please reply.
Because I have reached the out through customer care service and they simply offerd me to visit service centre which I did but the technician asked me to pay ₹8000 to replace the screen. Jo ki mai nahi hi karne wala.
So please reply how do I convince they to treat well
