EXYNOS 9611 restart issue( some users)

The most popular midrange processor from samsung is exynos 9611 and the previous gen 9610. Found in most of mid range phones like the best seller of 2020 A51 , M31s, M31, M21, and m30s , A50s, A50(9610) . Some users had auto restart issue in those phones not only jn Indian version. Not everyone had this issue. I didn't experience these sort of issue in my device (exynos9611) .  Samsung is investigating the root reasons behind auto restart. 

Try to check the auto restart time in setting option .

Are you sure that Samsung is investigating?
Because I already have contacted customer care through both WhatsApp and call and in both cases they had zero information about this. They didn't even acknowledge that they have information about this issue faced by a vast number customers and this is a mass issue.

Yes samsung will check ! I hope , they will take necessary action if the problem is genuine. (Manufacturers defect* )

Thousands...lakhs of customer are complaining this same issue and you still got second thought about it's genuineness?

Samsung will check? When?
Members community is flooded with this issue. Hundreds of videos are there in YouTube. And Samsung still don't know about this issue? They'll check?
Such e big company like Samsung and it's big public relations team still have no information about this issue?

They're just toiling with our trust for this brand and it's already late. If Samsung really want to sustain their sales and number of customers they really need to respond in a positive manner as early as possible.

Yes,definitely.
It's manufacturing defect.
I used my very carefully but also device malfunctioning.
If Samsung is real brand.
They must accept the own fault of motherboard with third class soldering and processor.
Must give to solution to users by replacing and repairing of motherboard with own cost of company.
If not
There is no difference between xiomi and Samsung.

But I don't know why a phone starts complaints after about 2 years of release. In most of the cases manufacturing defect occur within about 2-3 month of launch and company will replace the phone . But this is rare case which happened in exynos 9611.

No,
Hangsung is very smart.
They made device with one year expiry, as soon as one year warranty ends phone starts hanging and at the end it becomes dead.

M31 6Gb/128Gb.
But as per my opinion less problems in 6Gb/64Gb models.

Manh ! I had 6 64 gb version.. Not even single issue . I hope those issues in your device may be software mismatches! May be they Send ota update of 64gb version to 128gb

I use samsung m31 and I don't have any restart issues but the phone starts to overheat and gives frame drops after gaming for some time.
