Dual Whatsapp App Error Regarding Format not Supported for PDF and Image

All problem start after latest update Android 11 ( one UI core Version 3.1)

I am unable to open PDF files on whatsapp (Samsung dual messanger Whatsapp). It shows error " This file could not be accessed. Check your connection or make the filw name shorter". Also i am unable to send photo using whatsapp jn built camera. It shows error " This file format is not supported." Same Pdf file open in main whatsapp but it can't open in whatsapp which i use as dual messenger.

The same pdf open in my main whatsapp, but not opening in dual messenger whatsapp app. 

Please Help.

It happens to my dual messenger Whatsapp too. I can attach a picture from the gallery sometimes without getting the "File format not supported" but I can't snap a picture from Whatsapp built-in camera to share at all. 

I backed up my chat & tried to uninstall Whatsapp Dual Messenger & then install it again. It was okay last night but the problem happens again today.

I am not able to share or forward messages, media and audio files on the second whatsapp ( file not supported messages shows up). The images are not displayed in the gallery and unable to upload status..

Tried uninstalling , then restoring after installing , for sometime it was ok , then same error again.

Same issue here on my samsung galaxy note 10. Hopefully there will be a fix soon. This issue is not from whatsapp but samsung. Ive contacted whatsapp support they said their services and support for dual whatsapp or other clone apps are limited. If anyone has a fix do let me know. Ill just hope samsung comes up with a fix soon.

Exact same error... and after reading your post i realaized it started for me after the new Samsung update as well.

Its shameful how a company like samsung can push updates without proper testing. They neither have dearth of People or money.

My dual app is my work Whatsapp and it has been glitching this way for a week now. Restarted the phone numerous times.

I've purchased M51 back in December, since then I've been facing the same issue for a while now but there seems to be no updates from Samsung to fix it, this is ridiculous. I'm also unable to open pdf, unable to share a video from my second WhatsApp account to the first but I'm able to share from my first account to second. Unable to take a screenshot in my second account either.
