Dear Samsung,My phone was remotely checked by Samsung tutor. Still problem not resolved. Issue is not with whatsapp software.Whatsapp has stated that they are not responsible for issues arising out of dual messenger.
I am facing the following issues in dual messenger of whatsapp.Unable to open pdf files.Unable to use camera in whatsapp and share.Unable to forward from gallery to contacts
