Dual Whatsapp App Error Regarding Format not Supported for PDF and Image

All problem start after latest update Android 11 ( one UI core Version 3.1)

I am unable to open PDF files on whatsapp (Samsung dual messanger Whatsapp). It shows error " This file could not be accessed. Check your connection or make the filw name shorter". Also i am unable to send photo using whatsapp jn built camera. It shows error " This file format is not supported." Same Pdf file open in main whatsapp but it can't open in whatsapp which i use as dual messenger.

The same pdf open in my main whatsapp, but not opening in dual messenger whatsapp app. 

Please Help.

thanks. followed this steps and it worked. to make sure everything cleared, i did a phone reboot after step #2. can open pdf and image now.

however i still can't access my phone's photo gallery from the 2nd WhatsApp.

I am facing same error in second whatsapp on Samsung galaxy j6, when I capture photo in second whatsapp so it says file format is not supported.

also PDF opening problem too and yesterday I reset my phone but when I try to copy local backup so I didn't found whatsapp folder in Storage/dualapp/. now dual app WhatsApp is hidden somewhere in android system files. Please update dual whatsapp.

After so long time, latest update solve the problem
